What we collect

When you request a quote we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, service address or ZIP code, and approximate window count. We also record which website or ad brought you to us (for example, a Google search or a Facebook ad) so we know which advertising works.

How we use it

We use your details to prepare your quote, contact you about it, and schedule and complete your service. Your information is stored securely and is only available to ShinePro staff. We do not sell your personal information.

Marketing messages

Requesting a quote does not sign you up for promotions. We only send seasonal reminders or offers if you tick the separate opt-in box, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Analytics

If we turn on website analytics (such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel), they only load after you allow them, and we never send your name, phone number, email or address to those services.

Your choices

To update or delete your information, call or text us at (260) 275-5788 and we'll take care of it.
